If you move your pointer over one you'll see a little Cloud icon indicating that you own this movie but you don't have it currently downloaded to this Mac. Now a lot of these may not be downloaded.
In the TV App if you go under Library to either Movies or TV Shows you'll see a list of videos that you have. So if your hard drive is full and you want to quickly clear up some space there are plenty of places to look to clear out some files that you probably don't need.
